SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Up The Rank, LLC (“Up The Rank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

1. Program description

Up The Rank sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have given express written consent. Messages may include replies to your inquiries, appointment and call scheduling, project and campaign updates, reporting notifications, billing and account notices, and occasional information about our services.

2. How you consent

We send text messages only to people who have opted in. You may opt in by submitting a form on uptherank.com that includes a clearly labeled consent checkbox, by texting us first, by giving verbal or written consent during a call or meeting, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Up The Rank. You may decline text messages and still work with us by phone or email.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should generally expect no more than a few messages per month, though the number will depend on your active projects and how often you contact us.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send to you and to messages you send to us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. How to stop messages

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then send you no further texts. If you would rather not use the keyword, email sales@uptherank.com or call (469) 854-3200 and ask to be removed.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported devices and eligibility

Our messages are supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number you provide.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers who help us operate our messaging platform, and only for that purpose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the date at the top will be revised. Continuing to participate in the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
